Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to change your plans, you must cancel by 3:00 p.m. one day prior to arrival to avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee. The cancellation/no-show fee is equal to one-night's room charge.
For any changes or cancellations with Online Group Booking reservations, please contact Club Services by calling 312.427.7800 or by email at clubservices@ulcc.org.
Pet Policy
Service Animals require advance permission, prior to the check in date. If traveling with a Service Animal, contact the General Manager or Front Office Director at 312.427.7800.
Alcohol and Smoking Policy
As the Club maintains multiple bars and restaurants, alcohol purchased outside of the Union League Club of Chicago is prohibited inside the clubhouse and must be checked at the coatroom until departure. Catered food and beverages must be purchased through our Catering Department. For catering information, email catering@ulcc.org.
In accordance with the Chicago ordinance, the Union League Club of Chicago is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty.
